Welcome to DazzleVox ParkCraft (“ParkCraft”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website and courses, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

2. Course access and licenses

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased courses for personal, non-commercial use during the access period described at checkout. You may not share credentials or resell course content.

3. Acceptable use

• Follow all applicable traffic laws and practice in safe, legal areas.
• Do not misuse the Services, interfere with other users, or attempt to access non-public areas.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or misleading.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. Unless otherwise stated, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course. We may refuse refunds in cases of abuse or policy violations.

5. Intellectual property

All content, including text, playbooks, course structures, and branding, are owned by ParkCraft or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Community features

When posting reviews or notes, ensure that content is accurate and respectful. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

7. Safety disclaimer

Driving involves risk. Our courses provide educational guidance and structure but cannot account for every environment or vehicle. You are responsible for assessing conditions and practicing safely. We do not guarantee licensure, test results, or outcomes.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParkCraft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ParkCraft and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
